About T&M Concepts
In 1993, Larry Aaron founded
T&M Concepts to implement the project control,
cost engineering, and project management skills he
has developed since 1972. Originally called TCM Concepts,
the company was based in Knoxville, Tennessee, to
serve such clients as Bechtel, ABB Environmental Systems,
and the Tennessee Valley Authority.
In 1996
T&M Concepts relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada,
with expanded staff and services, particularly to
integrate technology to assist public and private
sector clients. T&M
Concepts continues to implement consulting,
training, technical
services such as estimating
and scheduling, and technology
solutions in construction to local and global
enterprises in the 21st century.
