T&M Concepts provides technical project control services in the following areas:

Estimating - Using the latest technology we accurately and efficiently prepare estimates of all types: conceptual/order-of-magnitude (factors, ratios, parameters) and detailed/bid check estimates (in depth quantity take-offs from drawings). We also build historical databases from your existing actual cost data that show trends which result in more accurate future estimates.

Planning & Scheduling - Two key factors in keeping profit margins intact and completing a project on time are proper planning and scheduling. Many years of experience and an extensive knowledgebase allow us to provide these services to our clients using P3, SureTrak, and MS Project, as well as several other applications. We can prepare and update schedules in our office or on-site at yours, and the results can be published via the web, e-mailed, or sent by overnight delivery.

Project Management Administration - T&M Concepts can set up your administrative system at the start of the project so that the formalities necessary for contractual commitments and project completion can be properly processed and tracked. Software applications such as Expedition and Prolog allow our skilled staff to handle RFI and submittal tracking, contract administration, and safety procedures. Using tools such as InfoMaker and Crystal Reports we create customized reports and forms that simplify your processes.

Scope & Change Control - Project and cost control happen when scope and change monitoring systems are in place. Experienced T&M Concepts' cost engineers will maintain scope control logs and records; document, process and collect backcharges; and establish practices that keep your project on time and on budget. We will utilize your existing project management software system or put one into place for you.

Progress Measurement - Owners and contractors need to know how a project is going. We'll assess work in progress, making sure that payments and progress are in synch. We provide a written analysis, reports and progress photos.

We'll also prepare a schedule of values that will optimize your use of capital.

Cost Control/Cost Trending - Because design/build is becoming the popular way to do business, owners benefit greatly from executing fast track work. Our fortè is saving millions of dollars for both private industry and public agencies by finding billing mistakes that are slipping through your current invoice review process. Our method allows you to correct them, saving money in the process that can result in cost paybacks of 15:1.

Data Transfer & Integration - Our systems integration specialists can blend or import data between your back-office infrastructure system and your project management applications. If necessary, we can write Javascript, SQL-Oracle and other code to integrate this data across complete enterprise systems.
